Return Policies

  • Items can be returned for store credit only.
  • Sale items, and items that are considered a *deal* by using any of our promo codes are final sale. 
  • International Orders are not elegible for return or exchange of any kind.
  • All return items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with all Tribehaus and designer garment tags still attached.
  • Return items that are worn, soiled, or altered in any way will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.
  • Please try all footwear for fit and size on carpeted surfaces only in the event they need to be returned.  Footwear must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged shoe box (the box is considered part of the product).  Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.  
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of recieving the merchandise.
  • Refunds on approved returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.  You will be notified via email at the address listed on your Tribehaus account.  Please note that your banking insitiution may require additional days to provess and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Tribehaus (typically 3-5 business days).  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
